Natasha Speer is an assistant professor of teacher education and mathematics. Her research focuses on the nature of mathematics teacher's beliefs and the relationship between their beliefs and instructional practices. She is also interested in collegiate mathematics education, teacher preparation, and professional development in the context of reform.
